When we develop performance appraisals we encourage owners, and managers to engage their own sense of empathy as they evaluate individuals that they are responsible for developing.

The empathic approach is the most effective means for building consensus and gaining traction in the work environment. With an empathic approach we are able to create evaluation tools that are based in the "real world" where job descriptions and actual human performance occurs. The ultimate goal is to devise an instrument that allows the individual clarity in what is expected, and how to develop themselves in to the person that reaches their full potential.

This can be done through various existing instruments or we are capable of instrument construction.
