We engage in an individual feedback of the instrument, which is tailor made for "directed feedback", meaning it will tell you what to do for the things your organization and/or individual(s) wish to improve.
The action plan is then created from scientifically proven directives, which are accompanied with personal "coaches" and corporate "coaches" for individual feedback, direction and encouragement.
At various intervals we re-test the population to secure developmental progress and establish new "norms". |
